JabraCLI - Offline device management#
In Jabra Plus Management, you can download a model configuration of (a) personal device(s) or a room configuration for a meeting room device as a *.JSON file, which you can then use to manage, configure and update Jabra devices offline without having to use the Jabra Plus Management platform, via JabraCLI.

Exporting a configuration#
You can export and download a previously created configuration, if you have the relevant permissions. Be aware that anyone with access to the platform (Owners or Members) can export a configuration or room configuration.
To export and download a model or room configuration, (including its firmware policy, for meeting room devices):
On the left-hand navigation bar, click Personal devices > Configurations
a. For meeting room devices, click Meeting rooms > Room configurations
On the Configurations or Room configurations page, select the configuration you would like to export
Click the Export tab
In the Export room configuration for JabraCLI pane, click the Download JSON button and when prompted, save it to the folder of your choice
You can now use the *.JSON file to manage Jabra devices offline.
